Closing Thoughts…
A kaiju is described as a strange beast or giant monster. I was impressed with the animation in the first season, the kaiju were epic and humongous! I couldn’t imagine having to take down one of those suckers!
I hope they release an English version of “Hoshina’s Day Off” either in theaters or on Crunchyroll. I can’t wait for the second season to premiere this summer! I thoroughly enjoyed watching the first season while it was releasing.
The Special Theatrical Release of “Hoshina’s Day Off” premieres in Japanese theaters on March 28, 2025.
Kaiju No. 8 Season 2 streams on Crunchyroll on July 2025.
