Here’s the transcript of the FNAF: Secret of the Mimic Gameplay Trailer:
So, let me explain the situation. One of our contractors, Edwin Murray, has gone missing, leaving our property abandoned in his warehouse. Your job is simple. Enter the warehouse and retrieve the technology that he was developing for us.
It’s a kind of prototype endoskeleton that can adapt to any costume and become and character. We suspect it may be malfuctioning, so just be aware of the slim but nonzero chance that you could sustain significant injuries while attempting to retrieve it, including, but not limited to, death or dismemberment.
We fully expect the retrieval process to go smoothly and without incident, but just in case, we suggest you get your affairs in order before arriving. Back to work.

Images from the Trailer
The gameplay trailer is full of so many new mascot and animatronic characters! Here are some screen captures from the trailer. You don’t want to miss out on the action!
Some of the characters seen in the photos are recognizable:
–Jackie, the main character
–A prototype of Music Man
–H.E.L.P.E.R. – older version of Helpy, the first existence of the Helpy program.
–Tiger Rock, animatronic form/mascot costume. It has connections to Edwin Murray and his son, David.
–The Mimic, prototype endoskeleton that can adapt to any costume and become and character. Meaning it can wear any of the mascot costumes.
Most of the mascot costumes are new except for the elephant, which appeared in FNAF: Security Breach Ruin.
The nurse animatronic and the desk/mail animatronic appear brand new; however, it’s a theory that the nurse animatronic is known as the “Carnival Nurse” that spoke in Help Wanted 2 during the Helpy Repair mini game.
Closing Thoughts…
I’m super duper pumped for FNAF: Secret of the Mimic! I’ve been eagerly awaiting this game’s release and now after watching the gameplay trailer, I’m more fired up than ever!
This game looks amazing, and I’m very intrigued by the story! Not only will we learn more about the Mimic, but hopefully we’ll uncover many secrets regarding Five Nights at Freddy’s origins! I can’t wait to play this prequel game and learn about the secrets of the Mimic!
